OBMI Unveils Design for Wellness-Inspired Residences with Verdes by Haven Project by Aldar
Leading Architects Craft An Exquisite Residential Concept that Sets a New Standard of Luxury & Wellness Living in Dubai
OBMI is thrilled to reveal its appointment as Architectural Design Consultant for the newly launched Verdes by Haven Project by Aldar, an exquisite luxury residential community within a wellness sanctuary. Nestled in Aldar’s Haven masterplan in Dubai, Verdes by Haven is envisioned as a restorative living environment designed to harmoniously blend lush green spaces with contemporary architecture.
Thoughtfully designed to promote wellbeing through a tranquil living experience, Verdes by Haven leverages biophilic design and a commitment to holistic living with the perfect balance of nature, community, and luxury amenities. The stunning exterior facades and carefully finished residences radiate elegance and warmth, providing an oasis from the bustle and hustle of urban life. The architecture features curved forms, natural materials, and views of the lush landscapes and bodies of water flowing through the community. At the same time, the layout of the units ensures an abundance of daylight, reduces noise pollution, and encourages residents to walk throughout with ease.
The community’s design achieved a 3-star rating from Fitwel, the world’s leading healthy building certification, addressing a broad range of health aspects to enhance the resident living experience. The development has also received LEED Gold pre-certification for the masterplan and will incorporate sustainability measures into its design to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption.

The resort-like residential complex consisting of two plots and seven towers connects interiors with the exteriors throughout the variety of apartments, penthouses, and duplexes, totaling 1,050 homes, each meticulously designed to provide an unparalleled living experience. Embodying effortless luxury in a glamorous setting, Verdes by Haven overlooks Al Habtoor Polo Club, providing stunning vistas of the polo green, as well as the central park of the Haven community and the green outdoor spaces and walkways among the residential buildings. The development will be home to co-working spaces and a state-of-the-art gym, spa, and treatment rooms, enabling a balanced environment that caters to the lifestyle needs of residents.
