WORK

Visions Translated to Reality

A Collection of Signature Projects

Our work is a living story that reveals how extraordinary design can awaken new possibilities. Each provides a different perspective about the richness and depth of our work globally and is a celebration of our passion for excellence.

HOSPITALITY

LE ROYAL MANSOUR

Marrakech, Morocco

When King Mohammed VI decided to commission a residence of hospitality that would house honoured guests and erudite travellers in Marrakech, it was clear that those asked to deliver on the dream would need to design something that was extraordinary and utterly unique.

HOSPITALITY

FAIRMONT TAZI PALACE

Tangier, Morocco

Having completely revolutionised the idea of palatial hospitality in Marrakech, it was a delight for us to be invited into the mystery and intrigue of reinventing the Tazi Palace on the outskirts of Tangier.

HOSPITALITY

WESTIN RISHIKESH RESORT & SPA

Rishikesh

Nestled amidst 12 acres of lush, verdant mountains and perched at 4,500 feet above sea level, Westin Resort & Spa Himalayas opens near the wellness and yoga capital of the world. A new hospitality landmark situated close to Rishikesh, the world’s center for yoga, the interior design led by OBMI creates a sanctuary of relaxation and regeneration for the property.

HOSPITALITY

ST. REGIS BERMUDA

Bermuda

This new luxury hotel adds to our legacy on an island where our design story began. Written into the history books as the architectural firm that created the Bermudian design vernacular, it seemed natural that St. Regis would seek out our expertise to bring authenticity to their vision for a new property in Bermuda.

HOSPITALITY

OIL NUT BAY

British Virgin Islands

If you imagine the quintessential Caribbean island dream, secluded and untouched, fringed by a reef, and a glinting ocean of iridescent turquoise, you may have washed up at Oil Nut Bay.

MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

THE WAVE MUSCAT

Oman

There’s something really exciting about looking at a 16-kilometre pristine coastline and some land considered unusable, and transforming it into a place that’s now considered an ambassador for the Sultanate of Oman.

HOSPITALITY

ROSEWOOD LITTLE DIX BAY

British Virgin Islands

Opening in 1964 Little Dix Bay was the pacesetter, and an innovative island retreat destination for high society, that rapidly earned a reputation as the place to go. It even attracted Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip to it’s beautiful crescent bay.

HOSPITALITY

HYATT CENTRIC CONGRESS AVE

Austin, Texas

Austin is legendary for its artists, musicians, and entertainers, and this Hyatt Centric is at the heart of the arts district. So, we created this hotel to feel like an art gallery—a hip gathering place loved by visitors and locals alike. Each layer presents a unique experience.

MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

PRISTINE

Middle East

On a bay in the Red Sea, we imagined storytelling an architectural and engineering masterpiece. With a future lens, and great finesse it’s a vision of unexpected beauty, lightly residing with nature.

HOSPITALITY

SCRUB ISLAND

British Virgin Islands

The classic maritime story is to glide across aquamarine waters towards an island escape. The intimate scale of the British Virgin Islands calls for respect of the natural rhythm of sea and land, and to alight upon it gently. Like us, Autograph Collection appreciate the art of storytelling, along with a vision of rich craftsmanship and character that’s like nothing else anywhere.

HOSPITALITY

ROSEWOOD HALF MOON BAY

Antigua

Reinventing a place with a glamorous celebrity studded history while preserving tranquillity and natural beauty was an opportunity to tell a new chapter of Half Moon Bay’s story. The architecture in this particular site needed to serve as a backdrop, a quiet stage, and not part of the main show which is the environment in which it sits.

HOSPITALITY

PASITO BLANCO

Grand Canaria, Spain

Being part of the innovation of hospitality is integral to our distinguished heritage, and our contribution to the legacy of place. In this instance we are part of the revolution of luxury destination tourism, commissioned to realize this vision by a client who had a very clear knowledge of their intended clientele.

RESIDENTIAL

VILLA KATSURA

British Virgin Islands

Katsura is a name given to an imperial dwelling in Kyoto so fitting that this spectacular villa should be designated the same. It is after all, in this Caribbean setting a royally serene and exquisitely crafted villa that serves as a retreat of exceptional originality and zen like qualities.
