We work from nine studios, and our projects regularly move between them. Our teams represent thirty-eight nationalities, and those who have worked or lived internationally tend to find their footing quickly. People belong here on their own terms.

Every role here shapes what the practice does: architects, interior designers, and the marketing, HR, finance, and operations teams. Our disciplines and teams don’t work in isolation, so you experience how a project comes together, not just the part you’re responsible for. Each project brings something new to solve, and the common thread among our people is the joy that underpins the work.
Ninety years in, we’re still small enough that individual judgement matters and what you contribute is visible, whatever your title or how long you’ve been here. Progression is reviewed each year, and our advancement cycle promotes people across all of our teams—architecture, interior design, and corporate.

Everyone at OBMI is paid a base salary with a discretionary element, and benefits differ depending on where you’re based. We hire at every level, from interns and early career roles through to senior appointments. Applying usually means a combination of online and in-person conversations, and for some roles this includes an online assessment as well.
