On a bay in the Red Sea, we imagined storytelling an architectural and engineering masterpiece. With a future lens, and great finesse it’s a vision of unexpected beauty, lightly residing with nature. Stretching innovation and pushing boundaries via current and future technology, we developed an accessibility and mobility design story that would carry the destination directly into a world of tomorrow. Biophilic design of coral forms and an iconic vertical tower arrival experience surveys the view, acknowledges the place, while taking great care to protect and sustain.

Seeking a new standard for sustainability and luxury in this beautiful delicate ecosystem, the master plan preserves the region’s pristine seascape, while at the individual level providing each guest with intimate spaces and private worlds of tranquility.
Through holistic design, we accentuated the qualities of the marine environment with an interpretation of the natural organic coral and marine life formations providing a distinctive contemporary character, seamlessly transitioning guests between the natural landscape and the built environment.
The project is embedded with flexibility tailored to accommodate a broad array of development scenarios over time.
