Congratulations to OBMI’s Adrian Mora
AIA Miami Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program Graduate
OBMI’s Adrian Mora was among the 2020 – 2021 graduating class of the AIA Miami Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP). The purpose of this competitive program is to equip the next generation of leaders in architecture with the necessary skills and knowledge to improve the built environment.
Christopher Kelly, the program’s namesake, was a notable leader in the American Institute of Architects who participated in the development of initiatives that had significant impacts on emerging professionals. The program emphasizes his legacy of leadership by selecting 16 design professionals to collaborate and learn throughout nine sessions. The CKLDP sessions cover entrepreneurship and firm management, client development, industry trends, negotiation, collaboration, and the development of each participant’s future in the architectural industry.
Adrian Mora is a Senior Project Manager with OBMI and a licensed architect with over a decade of experience in the architecture industry. As a key leader and client liaison for OBMI’s projects around the world, Adrian is involved in every design phase, ensuring the creation of unique spaces and experiences within the built environment that balance client relations with design realization strategies.
OBMI wants to congratulate the entire 2020-2021 AIA Miami Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program cohort and look forward to seeing the success of these industry leaders.
