OBMI’s Maud Capet Wins Design Middle East Award KSA 2024
Celebrating Maud’s well-deserved recognition as the Interior Designer of the Year!
Maud joined OBMI as an Associate Principal in September 2023, bringing 20 years of experience in interior design. Her international career began in Paris, spanning throughout Europe and into the Middle East. Her experience in diverse facets of design offered her the opportunity to collaborate with globally renowned brands such as Jumeriah, Marriott, Accor, IHG, and Anantara, among others.
Maud’s approach to design is rooted in sustainability, integrating eco-conscious elements in every project. She is passionate about innovative and sustainable design, which she believes begins with a deep understanding of the natural environment and its inherent benefits to human physical and mental health.
Her commitment to a steward leadership is demonstrated in her mentoring approach with her team, encouraging each to grow in their careers as designers while pushing their limits creatively to deliver unique destinations for their clients and guests.
