OBMI started working with David Johnson on Oil Nut Bay in 2009, designing bespoke residences and villas, signature amenity spaces such as the Marina Village, spa, and the Nut House Kids Club. Since then, our team has developed 15 custom villas and confidently recognizes the allure that draws homeowners and guests alike. The secluded island, which includes eight neighborhoods, was conceptualized as a sustainable, luxury getaway that mixes seamlessly with the natural beauty of the British Virgin Islands.

Amid the COVID pandemic, many were looking for a chance to escape to a location that was not only scenic but spacious enough to work from home, spend time outdoors safely, and quarantine with their pods. This boom prompted an increase in interest in the Caribbean, and more specifically, Oil Nut Bay.
