Devanganga Mahadevaiah brings nearly twenty-five years of experience leading complex projects across the Middle East and India to her role as Associate Principal at OBMI.
She is known for her steady leadership and ability to guide large, multidisciplinary teams through all stages of a project, from early concept through to final delivery. With a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach, she ensures that projects are delivered with precision and considered oversight.
Over the course of her career, Devanganga has worked across a wide range of project types, including large-scale mixed-use developments, residential communities, retail environments, and educational institutions. She has led teams of up to seventy professionals, coordinating across disciplines while maintaining a strong focus on quality and performance. Her work reflects a deep understanding of regional practices, along with the technical standards and regulatory frameworks that shape successful project delivery.
