Kelly Eaton

As a member of the firm’s senior leadership team, she plays a key role in shaping the culture and organizational direction of the firm, working closely with leadership to ensure that OBMI’s people, values, and long-term ambitions remain closely aligned.

With more than two decades of experience in human resources, Kelly has built her career as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to global organizations. She focuses on aligning people practices with the needs of the business, helping teams grow in ways that are both considered and sustainable. Known for her perspective and her ability to navigate complex environments with clarity and care, she supports leaders and teams through periods of growth and transformation.

Before joining OBMI, Kelly spent over twenty years at Oliver Wyman, where she held a series of senior HR leadership roles, including Global Head of HR for Talent Management. She led international teams across multiple regions and supported a global workforce spanning more than thirty countries. Her work included shaping talent strategies, guiding organizational change, and helping build systems that enabled both people and the business to evolve together.

Outside of her professional work, Kelly is energized by time spent with people and by exploring new places, whether in cities or the countryside. Curious by nature, she values the perspective that comes from meeting people of different ages and backgrounds. Family and friends are central to her life, and a perfect weekend for her usually involves good food, conversation, and time shared with others, often in London, where she grew up and which she continues to love.
