The award highlights outstanding workplaces in the AEC industry based on statistics and employee opinion on firm culture, workplace practice, professional development, and more. Through this survey, the Zweig Group aims to provide prospective employees with essential data. This data can be used as an industry-specific benchmarking tool that can be referenced to reveal what the employee experience looks like at today’s top AEC firms.
